Paragon Capital Partners Announces Hiring of David Cohen

NEW YORK, April 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Paragon Capital Partners, LLC, a merchant banking firm based in New York, announced today that David Cohen will join the Firm as a Partner.

Previously, Mr. Cohen was an Executive Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Morgan Stanley. Over the course of his investment banking career, Mr. Cohen has worked on M&A and financing engagements totaling over $72 billion.

Prior to his investment banking career, David worked for five years at Motorola, where he focused on wireless handheld products, including software and chip design. Mr. Cohen also served three years in an intelligence unit of the Israel Defense Forces. Mr. Cohen, 42, graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University in 1994 and an M.B.A. from Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University in 1999.
