MindTree Brings Product Engineering Expertise to Confluence 2010

MindTree and Customers to Participate in Panel Discussions Addressing Business Transformation Through Globalization

SANTA CLARA, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/16/10 -- Confluence 2010 -- MindTree Ltd., a global IT Solutions Company, today announced that senior executives from the company's Product Engineering Services (PES) group will participate in two panel discussions at the Confluence 2010 Conference, taking place March 17-18 at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, California. The MindTree experts and customers will provide R&D and product engineering executives in attendance with forward-looking insights on the evolution of client/vendor relationships and emerging market opportunities.

--  Wednesday, March 17, 1:30 p.m. - Sajai Krishnan, CEO of ParaScale, will
    participate in a panel session titled "Are needs of emerging markets
    different from that of developed markets?"

    The session will debate the pros and cons of focusing on emerging
    markets, and the possible ROI. It will also include discussion about
    the differences between developed and emerging markets, including
    pricing, delivery models, service models and channels.

--  Wednesday, March 17, 4:00 p.m. - Ashok Krishnamoorthy, president and
    CEO of Software Product Engineering at MindTree, and Emad Georgy,
    director of software development at CCH, will participate in a panel
    session titled "Can Companies Gain Through Risk Reward Models With
    Vendor Partners?"

    The panel will highlight the various engagement models that are
    gaining momentum in the market place related to outcome/SLA based
    pricing. It will examine the pros and cons of leveraging these models
    and the impact on innovation for the technology industry.

--  Wednesday, March 17, 4:00 p.m.  - Anup Mehta, VP and head of the
    Network and Storage Systems industry group at MindTree will participate
    in a panel discussion titled "Creating/Leveraging Innovative
    Go-To-Market Strategies in Growth Markets."

    During the panel, Anup will answer questions regarding the types of
    solutions MindTree offers, its growth markets, and how it can help
    product companies go-to-market.
